Each week of the festival, judges attend multiple events across the fourteen genres and discerningly discuss the standouts. The Adelaide Fringe Awards acknowledge the outstanding events presented within the Adelaide Fringe program, with awards presented both weekly and at the end of the festival. 

Judged by a panel of arts industry leaders and arts lovers, the weekly awards mark out the ‘must-see’ events during Fringe and are announced each week on Adelaide Fringe's social media channels and to 100,000+ Fringe eNews subscribers. 

Winners receive a “Weekly Winner 2023” awards laurel that can be used immediately in all current and future marketing collateral.
