Closure at a Self-Serve Checkout
Ever been ghosted by a Gemini? Burned by yet another boy with a mustache? Played the little-known game BitLife in a depressive state and wondered if it would make for a very niche joke in a comedy cabaret show?! Then this is the show for you! (...maybe a little too much so? That was pretty specific.)
‘Closure at a Self-Serve Checkout’ is a ridiculous, raucous, and some may say chaotic one-woman comedy cabaret. A collection of stand-up monologues and witty songs performed by Bobbie and her piano, this is a show about taking our depressed and broken hearts of the past and finding ways to move on, and most importantly, laugh about it altogether.
So come along and enjoy some chaotic catharsis by laughing at some silly little songs about our silly little lives.

Bobbie studied a Bachelor of Acting at Federation University, graduating at the end of 2019 straight into the pandemic (yay!).
Originally from Victoria (boo! I hear you say), she came across to Adelaide in early 2021 "just for a few weeks to see some shows at Fringe". Turns out she fell in love with the place and 2 years later she still hasn't left.
Bobbie is so excited to return to the stage in 2023, with her first ever original show. She just wants to have a laugh, and hopes that you do too. So come along and see what all the fuss is about!
Tactile Tours will start 30 minutes prior to the performance start time. Bookings essential by contacting bobbie.viney@hotmail.com Feel free to reach out if those dates do not suit your availability and we will try our best to accommodate.
