Adelaide Fringe employs a team of year round staff who work in marketing, partnerships, program operations, production, finance and ticketing. As we come closer to festival season, we also advertise a wide range of short-term contract roles and casual positions.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

› FringeTIX Box Office Casual

FringeTIX Box Office Casuals work within a large team within the FringeTIX Box Offices, Call Centre, Info Booth and off-site locations (as required). Successful applicants will need to be able to provide a high level of customer service to facilitate patron enquiries and ticket sales.

All staff will be required to have a thorough knowledge of the FringeTIX Terms & Conditions, Fringe Guide as well as be familiar with the latest venue information, show changes and Fringe program updates. FringeTIX Box Office staff are the customer facing representatives of Fringe and the first port of call for our large audience and as such, staff should to be friendly, helpful, confident, passionate about the entire Fringe program and eager & ready to assist patrons with their enquiries and ticket sales.

› FringeTIX Customer Service Casual

Applications close: 2024-12-19

The FringeTIX Call Centre casuals work within a large team and will be based in the FringeTIX Call Centre. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills and prior experience in a similar customer facing role. Successful applicants will need to be able to provide a high level of customer service to facilitate patron enquiries, ticket sales and exchanges and accessibility bookings both over the phone and via email.

All staff will be required to have a thorough knowledge of the FringeTIX Terms & Conditions, Fringe Guide as well as be familiar with the latest venue information, show changes and Fringe program updates. FringeTIX staff are the first port of call for Adelaide Fringe customers and as such, staff will need to be confident, friendly, patient, eager and ready to assist patrons with their enquiries and sales.
