Party for Two
Party for Two
Writer, director, storyteller: Helen Lawry
Producer: Marina Barbaro
Involving some of the team that staged Return to the Village (Winner 2022 Bank SA Best Kids and Family Show Fringe), Party for Two is an interactive children's show set in the beautiful Adelaide Botanic Gardens.
The show subtly promotes nature play and celebrates quiet people who like small parties.
For the last 20 years the Storyteller has set up Sheldon and Tucker's Birthday Party. Today it's their birthday, but everything is running behind schedule. Perhaps you can make the mud cake, squeeze the lemonade and hang the bunting?
An outdoor show about modest celebrations and the fun of preparing a party.
For those who like to make and do.

Party For Two is possibly the most unique show...storyteller Helen has the kids in the palm of her hand from the moment the show begins. - KheShan Gronow, Kids In Adelaide
