The Fundraising Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving philanthropic growth and strengthening donor relationships to support the vision and impact of Adelaide Fringe. This role supports the delivery of the fundraising strategy set out for the foundation by Donor Republic and managed by the Head Philanthropy & Development. This includes donor administration and stewardship, campaign & brand development, grant coordination, and major gift cultivation. Working closely with Head of Philanthropy & Development and broader Business Development (BD) team, the Fundraising Coordinator supports the financial sustainability of key programs such as the Community Fund and Fringe Fund as well as growing our Donor Circle, Philanthropic Partnerships and delivering successful fundraising campaigns throughout the year.
This position requires strong communication skills, confidence in making unsolicited approaches, relationship management expertise, and a deep passion for the arts and community engagement.
This role is responsible for engaging with individual members of the public through a wide range of channels, including Face-to-Face, online, direct mail, telemarketing, and digital media.
The role collaborates with all areas of Adelaide Fringe including closely with the marketing team on all campaigns and communications, the digital team on website developments, the events and production teams and the ticketing team.
