SALARY: $65,000 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation
EMPLOYMENT: Full time (Fixed Term, FTE 38 Hours)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Artist Ticketing Coordinator is one of a team of Coordinators, working collaboratively with the Ticketing Manager, Ticketing Assistant Manager, Senior Ticketing Coordinator, Ticketing Programs Lead, Ticketing Programs Coordinator and Schools Coordinator.
The main objectives of the role are to provide excellent and efficient service for the registered artists, venues and presenters participating in Adelaide Fringe 2025 and to assist in all manner of their ticketing requests. The role includes working collaboratively on a shared inbox, as well as face-to-face and over-the-phone ticketing services as required.
The Artist Ticketing Coordinator will work extensively with our in-house Artist and Venue registration platform (AVR), ticketing software Red61 and reporting dashboard ManageMyTix. At times, the need may arise for the Artist Ticketing Coordinator to support the Customer Experience Coordinators, which may include the management of Customer Experience Casuals. In the lead up to and during the delivery of Adelaide Fringe, the Artist Ticketing Coordinator will be required to work outside of normal business hours (weekends and evenings) over a 7-day rotating roster.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Builds & Proofing
  • Assist with the build and proofing of all Adelaide Fringe Venues and Shows within the Red61 Ticketing and AVR Platforms.
  • Update and make changes to shows, performances and venues when requested by the registered body.
Artist, Venue & Promoter Support
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with artists, venues and promoters and assist with all aspects of ticketing, including but not limited to: changing and adding price types, managing holds, managing split allocations, issuing complimentary tickets, building and applying promos and offers, analysing ticketing reports, interpreting data, explaining ticketing fees and changes to key stakeholders.
Internal Collaboration
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure staff have the latest information on venues, shows and accessibility through the ‘Track Changes’ emailing system.
  • Assist internal departments with the processing of tickets.
  • Supporting the wider organisation with data and statistics requests to inform reporting, decision-making and broader Adelaide Fringe operations.
Customer Service, Agreement & Policy Enforcement
  • Liaise with customers when required, address customer complaints, provide Adelaide Fringe patrons with a high level of customer service and satisfactory resolutions in relation to the organisation’s Terms and Conditions and LPA guidelines.
  • Enforce all Adelaide Fringe ticketing agreements, MOUs and policies.
Operations & Delivery
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Adelaide Fringe Ticketing department.
  • Support the settlement process in collaboration with the Finance team: ensuring timely, accurate distribution of box office income to registered artists and venues, including final reporting checks and resolution of outstanding ticketing discrepancies.
  • Assist the Customer Experience team with casual interviews and staff training where required.
  • Observe and follow all work health & safety regulations and safe working practices.
General Duties
  • Undertake all projects and activities as directed by the Chief Executives, Heads of departments, managers of departments and Fringe Director as required.
