Please come and enjoy this special night with your friends and family. Join us for a beautiful evening featuring special guest artists, cultural market stalls and food and drinks for purchase.

Bring a picnic blanket or chairs and share an evening including a Welcome to Country, traditional singing, dancing and exploration of Kaurna and Torres Strait Islander cultures for this special cultural night this Adelaide Fringe.

Eddie is from Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait Islander) His language group is Kala Lagau Ya, Kulkal Gua Ya from his Grandfather’s side and also Meriam from his Mother’s side. He has lived in Adelaide for over 30 years.
For the past 30 years, Eddie has been educating the broader public about the Zenadth Kes cultures through sharing traditional songs, dances, stories, music, history, geography, arts and crafts from his own heritage. On an average of at least 50 sessions per year, Eddie has presented material at schools, universities, cultural events, festivals, councils, corporate bodies, businesses and tourism programs.
Eddie’s work in promoting and sharing his culture includes both in Australia and overseas.
