Working with Kokotha, Arabana, Dieri and Narungga artist Raquel Larkins, the diverse U City Arts Community present a cross cultural exhibition and workshop series exploring themes of home and belonging

The 2022 Ruby Award Winner for Outstanding Art Project or Event The U City Arts Studio is a home to a community of artist who work side by side in a paint splattered community arts studio on Pitt St. They are growing an arts community for the lonely and vulnerable and there door is always open, ready for a good yarn.

Raquel Larkins is a proud Aboriginal woman of Kokotha, Arabana, Dieri and Narungga decent. She is the recipient of the 2022-23 City of Adelaide First Nations Creative Careers Grants working at the U City Arts Studio supporting other First Nations artists in developing their arts practise.

Raquel has produced award winning artwork for the Dieri Annual Art competition, the Indigenous University Games and in 2023 exhibited with Ku Arts and Arts in Health at Flinders Medical.
