Wankernomics: Solutionising The Corporate World
The brains behind two of Australia’s most popular satirical websites are joining forces for an all-new comedy about corporate hell and late-stage capitalism.
Anti-Experts Charles Firth (from The Chaser) and James Schloeffel (from The Shovel) will guide you through the inner workings of a system that has brought us massive global inequality, excruciating corporate mission statements and most annoyingly of all, the phrase ‘circle back’.
Delivered as a 60-minute MBA that you can add to your LinkedIn profile later, you will learn how to eliminate clear communication from your conversation style, how to shift attention from a wage scandal with an inspiring purpose statement, how to donate your time to charities like UberEats and DoorDash, and Gina Rinehart’s top tips for inheriting massive wealth. Plus much more!
James & Charles have performed sold-out shows across the country with their unique brand of biting satire. They have been described as “a cut above” (The Adelaide Advertiser), “razor sharp” (The Barefoot review) and “four point seven-three stars” (James’s Uber Drivers).
This is a must-see Fringe show.

Presented by: The Anti-Experts
The Anti-Experts, Charles Firth (from The Chaser) and James Schloeffel (from The Shovel), are the brains behind two of Australia’s most popular satirical websites.
In 2016 they put aside their competitive differences to perform together in a one-off show in Sydney. Something clicked. Since then they’ve become two of Australia’s most accomplished satirical comedians, writing and performing sold-out shows across the country with their unique brand of biting satire and political comedy.
In 2020 they co-wrote and performed in the hugely successful ‘War on 2020’ video series, including the global viral hit ‘QAnon Anonymous’. Unfortunately they’ll be most remembered as the two idiot men in the Contact Tracies sketch.
James & Charles are Fringe regulars having performed here since 2020.
