Waikerie Pelicans on Apricot Trays

The first workshop will be "Painting Pelicans on an Apricot Tray" this has become a very popular outdoor peice of artwork however there are tips that are needed in the preparation and then painting the pelican. This workshop will teach you that and on completion you will take home a lovely peice of art work. The workshop will be 2 1/2 hours long. It's will be an enjoyable afternoon held at the Rain Moth Gallery.

The second workshop involves a cruise down the beautiful Murray River to the stunning cliffs, there we will anchor and paint the cliffs with pallet knives and learn how to paint the flowing water. You will have the chance to engage with the local bird life and experience the magic of the Mighty Murray. This will be a once in a life time experience.

I'm a local Riverland Artist/Creative who enjoys engaging and painting river scenes and the wonderful birdlife. Also I hold creative workshops and art lessons. My background was in Design which I studied for many years and I have a love for visual artwork.

Participants will require Mossie protection, suitable clothing for painting and an hat.
