VESSEL, noun:
A ship or large boat.
A hollow container, especially one used to hold liquid, such as a bowl or cask.
Your mind.
A word for us to play with.

Brought to you by the people behind the award winning exhibitions RUST, SALT, TAR, SMOKE, KNOT, GRIT, GRAIN and BRIDGE, we will explore and interpret to the best of our capabilities the word VESSEL. 35(+) contemporary artists (ranging from those who show at the local to those who have shown at the Louvre) get together once a year to celebrate a Port-centic word, in glass, string, paintings, water, photographs, sounds, ceramics and more.

Formed from any material, is it the empty space within that makes it useful? Does it make the loudest noise, allow blood to flow, ply the sea, hold all knowledge? Come check us out, www.rustsalttar.com
Opening Friday 21st February at 6pm.
