The Skeleton Club Presents: Songs You Love to Hate
Music
• Blues & Roots
The Skeleton Club are here to save music!
Bold claim, they know! Yet, they're sticking by it and coming at you with their new cover experience. It's a collection of songs that left you scratching your head, thinking 'How did this get famous?' reimagined Triple-J Like-a-Version-style.
One song at a time, The Skeleton Club are determined to fix what pop music broke. If you ever wished you could not have to deal with the Black Eyed Peas' My Humps on repeat in your skull or that Avril Lavigne hadn't used Sk8er Boi to rhyme 'TV' with 'MTV' (or spelt it 'Sk8er Boi') and you need some closure, then this is the event for you!
One night only, March 10 at the Grace Emily Hotel.

From its inception, Adelaide acoustic 5-piece The Skeleton Club has been the makeshift home for a coming-together of storytellers.
Brothers and dual-frontmen Tom and Nick Vasic openly spill brutally cathartic anecdotes, shaped by the highs and lows of their contrasting vocal ranges.
Rhythm guitarist Toby Brandenburg and bassist Sammy Berry lead the sea of back-up harmonies, alongside lead guitarist Mel Pierides and together the band deliver a wall of sound that takes influence from genres such as country blues, folk, latin, gospel and soul.
