After selling out Adelaide Fringes since 2011, as well as conquering both
Melbourne and Edinburgh Fringe, The Deer Johns release their hotly
anticipated debut EP "COMA". They will be performing their original songs
live as part of a 7+ piece band musical extravaganza, including strings,
horns, and probably some tambourine players. Expect pageantry. And a bit
of tomfoolery.

The Deer Johns' musical trilogy following the life of Jonathan took the Adelaide, Melbourne and Edinburgh Fringes through the 70s and 80s, with multiple sell out shows from 2011-2016. At the same time they were also writing original material, playing a set to close the night at Lakefest, UK in 2016. From there they've been in the studio, culminating in their inaugural release, COMA, premiering at the 2020 Adelaide Fringe.
