The Art of Being Human Art Exhibition
A deeply moving and evocative collection of art, music and merchandise created by local Adelaide artists who are experiencing homelessness or vulnerability, depicting their experience of what it means to be human.
When you enter the gallery you will hear 'The Art of Being Human' album playing in the background, music & songs written and performed with the support of people within our community and those who are experiencing homelessness. An incredible collaboration of people from all walks of life, united in a shared experience of love, hope, empathy, understanding and a little bit of humour.
All art is available for sale with 80% going to the artist and 20% to the charities and services that support them. The album is for sale on CD or download at theartofbeinghuman.net

The Art of Being Human is about giving a platform and opportunity to those who otherwise wouldn’t participate. We believe in the power of art to heal and that when a person is valued and respected as an artist, regardless of their situation, it brings confidence in who they are. It takes a lot of courage to be an artist and put yourself and your work on display. We honour this process and the pathway back to independence that it brings.
Bearded Dragon Gallery is a Social Enterprise business of Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc. a South Australian Not-for-Profit organisation with the goal of helping people achieve success by working with them to plan their futures, achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
