Swoon
Sophie Banister is a musical comedian who likes to swoon, in every sense of the word. Combining the essence of an old Hollywood lounge singer, a Victorian woman sent seaside for her health, and a literal muppet, Sophie has taken her acclaimed cabarets ‘This Could Be You!’, ‘All Day Breakfast’ and ‘Brisbaret’ throughout Australia and performed her original songs in New York City.
Sharing the trials and tribulations of the modern, effervescent woman, 'Swoon' is a hilarious, unmissable comedy cabaret for the overwhelmed and overly passionate souls who consume too much pop culture and not enough iron.
