Since the last installation of The Redhead Cabaret, the world & also the cast has undergone a vast shift in perspectives. With this new show we endeavor to share our souls in a new way reflective of that. Our cast is smaller, but our apparatus have grown. The new title reflects the journey our Producer/Director has undergone discovering she had been living/struggling with undiagnosed Narcolepsy for much of her life. Sharing this with the cast members, she discovered many of them had their own stories around dreams, day-dreams, lucid-dreams, nightmares, night terrors, and other visions/hallucinations associated with wakefulness or other states of consciousness. Performance art is a powerful way to share & connect via our collective stories, and we are grateful for the platform.
