Fiona is a creative soul. Art is one of the ways that she makes sense of the world around her. Taking in what she feels and sees, it moves in her, and through her. Often she doesn't know what she is creating when she begins.
When she decided to start sketching the humans around her, it was borne of a desire to 'get better at drawing humans.'
Her quick sketches quickly took a slightly different direction; as she shared them with the people she was drawing they reflected back to her how seen they felt.
The essence of a human is woven into her unassuming and unique sketches. There is more here than what meets the eye.
Drawing implements and paper will be provided for the sketching workshop. Audience members are invited to participate in open mic. Prints available for purchase. Collection19 March 5:30pm-7pm. Canapés provided will be vegan/gf
