Showcasing the diverse experiences of artists from Africa and South Australia’s multicultural communities.
Through the medium of painting, photography, digital art, street art, fashion and installation art, artists will share with Australian audiences a multitude of topics open to audience interpretation.
Ugandan LK Artist in Residence - Charlene Komuntale, will have her work central to the exhibition. Charlene is recognised for depicting the strength and beauty of black women through her art. Her work will be alongside South African mural artist Skubalisto, known for bold and confrontational work, reflecting his South African traditions intertwined with modernisation.
