SAHRA: Arabic Music & Dance Soiree
The Arabic Language and Culture Association of SA present to you ‘SAHRA’ سهرة an evening soiree of Arabic music and dance. The performance by local Adelaide artists brings together an eclectic mix of music from right across the Arabic world spanning many generations and styles. The music and singing will be complemented by traditional Arabic Dabke, a popular group dance from the Levantine region.
The 2025 Sahra will encourage audience members to revel in the atmosphere; a nostalgic journey through homeland memories for some or a new experience in the rich diversity of world music for others.
A not to be missed opportunity to capture the essence of the rich diversity of Arabic culture. The performance is family friendly and suitable for all ages and interests.
