Qoya: Women's Movement Workshops

• Dance
Qoya is a women's movement practice that combines yoga, free dance and sensual movement to bring women back into their bodies, to remember our essence is wise, wild and free. In Qoya, we focus on how it feels, not how it looks. There is no way to do it "right", the only way you know is that it feels good. You don't need any movement or dance experience to participate. Wear loose comfortable clothing. More info: www.qoya.love

Workshops will be facilitated by local dancer and certified Qoya teacher, Erin Fowler. You are also invited to stay for tea and snacks after class.

If you're looking for something a little different and would like to express your own creativity during Mad March, then perhaps this is for you! Erin is also presenting her new dance work FEMME this Fringe under 'Dance'.
