Legends all over the world have something in common, they are the essence of life and the heritage of our ancestors. This performance is based on legends about life and death from Iran and Japan and invites you to a short journey in the labyrinth of these cultures.  Once you are in the land of the dead can you come back to life?

Iran Saye Theatre brings you alternative experimental theatre from Tehran. Persephone was performed in Avignon OFF Festival 2023 and was highly successful.
