Jane grew up on a steady diet of The Goon Show and Just A Minute, and her childhood heroes were Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan. If you ask her what type of comedy she performs, she'll say “radio comedy” because it's the only sort she really knows.

She fell in love with stand up at the age of 64 after going to a show with an Over 50s Singles MeetUp Group. Although she considers herself too old now for internet dating, she's not too old to have a laugh about it. Sex and comedy seem to go together, even more so as we age. If talking about either of the above in public offend you, don't come near this show.
