Simply put...

We dance in the dark.

No Lights No Lycra Adelaide is a non-pretentious & non-judgemental space for you to move however you want, in whatever you want, to a diverse range of music you're sure to love!
Surrounded by others in a completely dark space, prepare your body for the freeing sensation of dancing like nobody is watching... 'cause they literally aren't!

We dance alone with no talking; but we totally encourage you to clap, cheer, sing and whoop!
Bring an open mind, a bottle of water, turn off your digital distractions, and leave the rest to us.

This is an alcohol and drug free event. NLNL Adelaide provides an inclusive and a safe community for all.

Come join us for an hour - lights out it's time to dance!

Presented by: No Lights No Lycra Adelaide

No Lights No Lycra is an dance community that started in Melbourne in 2009. There is no light, no lycra, no teacher, no steps to learn, no technique, just free movement. NLNL is a space where you can completely let go, shake out the stresses of the week, and lose yourself in the music and the physicality of your body. NLNL is a daggy, non-pretentious place to completely be yourself!

NLNL Adelaide started in July 2012 and has been running for over 6 years. We turn Mondays into your favourite start to the week.
Your friendly ambassadors Chris and Megan volunteer their time; to create weekly playlists and to provide the community with a much needed dopamine hit.
