My Biggest Fear in Australia

Comedy • Stand-up
Victoria • SA Premiere

Sean Xi Diao was born in China and moved to Australia in 2013. His comedy is dry, sill, and eye-rolling. Watching Sean on the stage is like watching Seinfeld on Netflix with terrible internet connections because of his slow English.

In this comedy show, Sean will make fun of his unfortunate Chinese name, visiting China after becoming a Australian citizen, one horrifying surgery, and of course, his biggest fear in Australia.

If you are a fan of observational comedy, surreal humour and satire, you should definitely come to this show. Sean's comedy subjects include Chinese culture, Australian culture, specific Chinese politics that don't get him into Chinese jail, self-deprecating humour, everyday life, gender differences, human behaviour, social awkwardness.

"His observations of the irregularities and paradoxes in human nature are funny and endearing." WeekendNotes
