We can't travel, but we can dream. Join Shelley and Daniel for a summer evening of blissful Bossa Nova and Brazilian popular music (MPB), as they reminisce about Brazil. Performed by Shelley Dunstone (vocal) and Daniel Gosling (guitar) in the elegant atmosphere of Ayers House Ballroom.

Daniel is from Brazil (Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais), while Shelley is an Adelaide cabaret performer who is addicted to all things Brazilian. She has a particular affection for the music of the 1960's. In October 2016 Shelley travelled to Brazil and performed with Brazilian friends at the iconic nightclub venue "Beco das Garrafas" ("Bottles Alley") in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This was the top place for Bossa Nova artists to perform in the 1960s.

Shelley Dunstone is an Adelaide cabaret performer who sings Bossa Nova, French chansons, jazz standards and pop songs. She has a particular affection for the music of the 1960's.
In October 2016 Shelley travelled to Brazil and performed with Brazilian friends at the iconic nightclub venue "Beco das Garrafas" ("Bottles Alley") in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This was the top place for Bossa Nova artists to perform in the 1960s.
Shelley has created and performed numerous original shows, e.g. "The Confessions of a Wannabe Bond Girl", "Adventures with a Brazilian", "Unbreak My Heart", "A French Romance", "Non-stop from Brazil", "Le grand Legrand" and "Paris, LA Rio!).
