Mates: Friendships to the End

An odd mix of ladies meet at Lucy's house for a weekly catch-up to gossip and try her new recipe. The twist? It's during WWI, and all are navigating their forever-altered lives during the Gallipoli campaign.

Some are struggling with the kids and no income. Some have gone back to work in a traditionally-male job. Some are pregnant. And some are waiting for their sweetheart to make it home in one piece, praying they don't get "that telegram".

This is a story of the bond and mate-ship that's found through each woman's struggle.
