Jacob Jackman - Needs Work
"Yes, that's the title we're going with. It's wordplay. People love that kind of thing. Do you know how many comedians just give their show a pun name and then use a goofy photo of themselves shrugging for the poster? How else are people going to know the show is funny? It's a funny, stand-up comedy show. Yeah, put that in there too. Can you also say it's about my struggle to forge an identity through the varied forms of employment I've had? An attempt to reconcile the many roles one plays in life and derive from them a sense of self? A reflexive inquiry into conventional masculinity and what it truly means to be a man? But make it funny. And accessible. And talk about how great a comedian I am. Just lie, I guess."
