Gnomes vs Mermaids
Join the Gnomes as they leave the house on the hill for an adventure on the high seas. Our irreverent but loveable heroes are back to save themselves (from themselves) this time taking on the seas most beautiful (and vain) creatures, Mermaids.
Having vanquished the authoritarian aliens and closed the portal, our heroes the Gnomes are back in charge. The magical creatures have returned to the hill and Twig has been put back together but something is not quite right. Pipe's relationship with Stovetop is faltering so he suggests that to help Twig (and help himself) they must leave their surroundings in search of an island and perhaps a cure for Twig's problems.
On route they manage to antagonize a group of hostile merpeople who decide to thwart the Gnomes any way they can! Will the Gnomes manage to survive their fishy encounters? Can Twig and Pipe manage to make themselves whole?

A colourful group of players whose ambition is to stage fun, funny, musical and often irreverent theatre. Such Cliché reflects the views of an evolving culture with a strong theme of inclusion and understanding. Respect for the sensibilities of others unfortunately died before the first word was written and our shows are not for the faint hearted. After the success last fringe of our premiere musical "Gnomes vs Aliens" we decided to back it up with a new production for the Adelaide Fringe 2017 apply titled "Gnomes vs Mermaids". Join us once again as we follow the exploits of our naughty but loveable gnomes.
