Damien Warren-Smith is an award-winning writer, producer and performer of live theatre and absurd comedy. Having grown up in various parts of regional Australia he finally flew the coop to London where he worked with some of the UKβs biggest TV and theatre companies including BBC, ITV and Tall Stories for well over a decade. He re-trained as a clown in Paris and later as a mime in Berlin. He collaborated with renowned comedy director Cal McCrystal for his breakout solo show Garry Starr Performs Everything which won awards at Adelaide, Sydney, Brighton and Manchester Fringe festivals and was nominated for both Best Newcomer & The Golden Gibbo at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. The show sold out every single night at Edinburgh Fringe before transferring to London's Soho Theatre
