Fur Baby

Cabaret • Comedy
Germany • SA Premiere

Lovers of dogs and music rejoice! German entertainer and chanteuse extraordinaire Sylvia Brécko returns to the Adelaide Fringe with her brand new show, Fur Baby.

When she meets 9-month-old Lola, Sylvia can’t help but fall in love with her. Suddenly, she finds herself faced with questions she never thought she’d be asked (Do you have a hunting dog licence?) and doing things she never thought she’d do (like fine combing a public park for a missing piece of dog poo!).

In Fur Baby, Sylvia combines her experiences as a new dog owner with her talents as a writer, storyteller and singer. Join her as she explores what it means to become and be a fur mama (or papa!) in this original cabaret with music, guaranteed to make you laugh and wonder at our special relationship with the canine kids.
