DOWNSTAIRS - A woman sitting below a shadow of a staircase.

DOWNSTAIRS

A love letter to the nervous system.

Mentally ill (and won’t shut up about it) Isobel Pitt takes you to the place where memories are stored, emotions are processed, and anxiety is waiting to welcome you with open arms.

Hopeful, heartfelt, and occasionally humorous, this multidisciplinary show sheds light on what is really at play during a panic attack.

Presented by: Isobel Pitt

Isobel Pitt is an artist and theatre maker born and raised in South Australia. After completing her theatre degree at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) she relocated to Melbourne where she has begun to build her professional portfolio.
Passionate about personal storytelling, her work often explores themes of mental health, grief, power, 'girlhood', and the grey areas of this complicated thing we call living.
