'DEMO' is a solo theatre show that seeks to embrace the nuances that shape our beliefs in a world obsessed with binary choices and where political polarisation is ever-increasing.

It’s not whether you are "with us or against us", or is it "this or that", it’s everything that sits in the in-between. Through movement and engagement with the audience, 'DEMO' reveals unexpected parallels in a sea of seeming contradictions. Don’t just choose, engage!

My name is Melody and I am a theatre-maker, digital creator and producer. I create autobiographical and movement-based solo performance works exploring identity, human nature and irrational, anxious thought patterns that spin me out of control. My work often involves audience participation as I believe that theatre is a conversation starter and a platform to build relationships within different communities.
