From Damascas, Zuhir is an exceptional Oud player/singer presenting Arabic folk and popular songs.In Australia he has played at festivals and venues and toured to SA regional venues. He plays with Iraqi percussionist Saleh Al Mansori who played with Kuwait Arabic television orchestra

AVA Persian music band focuses on Persian traditional (classic) & folk music. Formed in 2020 in Adelaide. Tar player (Ehsan Shekofteh Zoeram), Santour (Peyman Etminan), Tombak-Daf /Cojan (Sharareh Yamini), Violin (Lina Elgameh) vocalist (Nasrin Naderi).

The Australian Migrant Resource Centre is Adelaide's major organisation supporting new arrival migrants and refugees. Cultural practice is an important aspect of multicultural life and participating in a new country. AMRC supports artists to engage with the arts and create pathways for their artistic practice. CAfe Musica is a popular program we present as part of the Adelaide Fringe to create opportunities for audiences to meet new artists in an intimate setting.
