A lonely Dr Bubble sits in his laboratory making bubbles with his only friend, a lifeless hand-puppet. One day Dr Bubble creates a magic bubble that brings the mischief-making puppet to life. The cartoon-like atmosphere and amazing bubble creations tell a story of new friendship and fun.
