Together they are your Awkward Activists: f*cking up so you don’t have to. Join these multi-award-winning artists for an intersectional activist cabaret brimming with original songs about lending your voice to a cause, and forgiving yourself when you don’t nail it.

Millicent Sarre and Josh Belperio and both multi-award winning cabaret artists and writers. Josh's shows '30,000 Notes', 'Scarred for Life' and 'Right Here, Right Now' have received critical acclaim, and played multiple award-winning seasons. Mim's cabaret 'Friendly Feminism for the Mild Mannered' has played multiple sold-out extended seasons, and was a 4-time award winner at the Adelaide Fringe 2020. Awkward Activists is their debut as a duo, joining forces to become a cabaret force to be reckoned with.
