An Artful Weekend at the Village
Lyn Anstey & Julie Noble are visual artists living in Loxton, the Riverland, with their art seen in many shops & exhibitions locally, & art shows throughout the state.
Lyn is an award winning, accomplished artist working mainly in oils, & is known for her colourful paintings of Australian flora & fauna, & life along the River Murray. She was commissioned to have art included in Illuminart projects, the Barmera Night Mural, and the Christmas Shine project in Loxton. Her art can be seen on planter boxes in Berri.
Julie is known for her beautiful pastel paintings, mostly animals & young children. Her commissioned portraits are proudly displayed in the UK, Canada, & around Australia. She offers tutoring in her Loxton home studio. Recent additions include works in fine ink, mostly birds.
The Opening Night is a Free Ticketed event. However, as the exhibition will be on display over the three-day long weekend during the normal opening hours of the Loxton Historical Village, 10am - 4pm, the usual entrance fee is required upon arrival. Adults $12, Children $6, Pensioner $10. Groups of 15 or more $8.
