Wasswa Charles Rugumayo and Ronnie Ogwang are Ugandan Contemporary Abstract Painters. They both received a Bachelor's of Industrial and Fine Arts degree from the Margret Trowel school of Industrial and Fine Art, Makerere University, Kampala Uganda. Both have participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions, both in Uganda and Kenya. Charles' works are mostly bold and his paintings are Acrylic on Canvas and his signature work consists of Pre-designed canvas with heavily layered pallet knife effects of primer on canvas and bright, bold colours. Ronnie's works are mostly paintings in imaginative compositions derived from what he sees from his everyday life experience. He also loves to paint the female figure, nature, and animals like elephants, giraffes, and birds.

Wasswa Charles Rugumayo is a Ugandan, a full time professional Contemporary Abstract Painter. He received a BIFA (hons) degree from the Margret Trowel school of Industrial and Fine Art, Makerere University, Kampala Uganda and has participated in over 5 group shows and 2 solo shows in Uganda and Kenya. He has lived in Nairobi and his currently residing in Kampala. His works are mostly bold and his paintings are Acrylic on Canvas and his signature work consists of pre-designed canvas with heavily layered pallet knife effects of primer on canvas.
Ronnie Ogwang is a Ugandan by nationality. A full time professional visual artist with a BA (Hons) in Industrial fine Arts and design from The Margaret Trowel School of Art Makerere University Kampala Uganda. I have been practicing art since 2007.
