The Captain, aka. Liam McGoldrick, is a man fully immersed in collecting and sharing vinyl. It’s not a purist thing; any good music is easy to appreciate no matter whether it’s played from a laptop, an iPhone or on radio. But not all music exists digitally anymore, and this forms the basis of The Captain’s long vinyl sets which traverse long lost funk, soul, disco, hip hop and everything in between.
