45 minutes of average comedy from a guy whose show started over 15 minutes late

Sometimes you see a performance that defies mere words. The Barden Party’s Macbeth was one of these. It was sublime. The mix of bluegrass music and Shakespeare sounds absurd, but it more than worked, it added another dimension to the tale. The energy from this company is off the scale. The direction of acting and music in the round is incredible. This is how Shakespeare should be performed - with passion and intimacy and interaction with the audiences.

Loved this so much! This was a beautiful, engaging, and authentic show. The balance of raw vulnerability with sharp, at times very confronting realities was masterful. Through laughter, much sweat 😅 and tears, we absolutely loved it! ❤️ Can’t wait to see more from you Lukas!! 🙌👏🥰

This show was amazing from start to finish! The music was incredible, the costumes were fabulous and I wish I could see it again. Special shout out to the guy playing Caesar Flickerman because the voice and mannerisms were so incredibly accurate it was outstanding! I hope this show comes back around again one day because I will be making sure I have front row tickets! 11/10 will recommend to everyone I know. Ps wish I could listen to some of those songs on Spotify they were fire 🔥 😍👏

He is such a good singer and performer, I don't think it even matters whether you even like musicals. This show was brilliant..I would see him again. Go see this show!
