    Very lovely group of comedian.
Slippery - Three people stand at a table. They are wearing white nightdresses with high ruff collars. The person on the left holds a phone, on the right holds a spoon, and the one in the middle is making a shocked expression.

This show was beautiful, haunting, and funny as heck. A wonderful commentary on polycules and the human condition, it had wonderful acting from all performers, overlapped with an introspective theme of queer relationships. The writing was fantastic and I can't wait to see what comes next from this creative force!
BurlesqueMANIA - Two burlesque wrestlers in 80’s style outfits are lit by green and pink lighting against a black background. One performer is standing on a ladder and smiling gleefully while throwing a haymaker punch to the other’s jaw. The other performer is looking at the camera while pulling a silly face from the implied impact of the punch and has their arms out to either side.

I know next to nothing about wrestling, but I know that I loved this show. The concept of artist vs. artist in a 'fighting' capacity was hilarious, and the crowd ate up every part of it. I particularly loved the beautiful chaos that was the final rumble between all performers. Jets and Sharks be damned. This show ATE IT UP <3
Naughty Noughties - Five people dressed in 2000's style outfits stand posed in a video rental store. They are surrounded by shelves full of DVDs. Two of the women are wearing denim mini skirts and have one leg propped up on the shelves. One woman is crouching on the floor with sunglasses, a fluffy black jumper and a red plaid skirt. There are 2 people with white tank tops leaning against the walls on either side. In the top centre of the image there is text that reads 'Naughty Noughties" which is written in a sparkly font. The text is on top of a silver metallic heart and a silver butterfly.

As a Millenial, I felt obligated to go to this show. It absolutely didn't disappoint, but even if you're a Boomer or a Zoomer, you'll love this show. It was fun, energetic, and full of crazy talented performers. Each act was incredible, and left the crown screaming in delight. Burlesque, aerial, and fire performers all wrapped up into one show? Amazing. Can't wait to see it again next time!
Barbie Burlesque - Blonde woman smiling at camera in a bright pink dress and boa looking like stereotypical Barbie. Two images on either side in similar outfits with different smiles.

2023 showed us that Barbie is everything, and Lyra la Belle encompasses this to a tee. But even if you're not a fan of Barbie, the absolute raw talent of this absolutely stellar cast is enough to get the crown screaming for more. Fun, raunchy, and super entertaining - definitely hoping to see this show return again.
With Great Power: The Wall-Crawling Cabaret - Digital illustration of a red webbed glove making "the shocker" hand sign, with index, ring, and pinky fingers extended. Next to the art is graphic comic book inspired text reading "WITH GREAT POWER: The Wall-Crawling Cabaret". The background is blue with a white web motif in one corner.

I'm biased because I love Spidey, but this show was truly incredible. The performers encompass their characters with charisma and charm, and the storyline engages the audience in a way that encourages participation to choose an 'ending'. The varied talents of the performers (ranging dance, to side show, to drag, to burlesque) was super impressive. 10/10 would see again.
Nona Mona My First Pearl Necklace - Close up of a woman wearing a red nose and holding two party poppers in each hand. She is also wearing black gloves.

This show had it all - humour, creativity, props, dance, song, body fluids (?) an interesting perspective of what the future of baby making might look like. This raunch-fest was funny as hell and I particularly liked the commentary on the different sectors of Fringe acts - absolutely correct. Another wonderful show from a wonderful human!

Loved this gem - a 1 hour opera on the fate of princes and princesses. Jamie Lynn Webster brings wonderful repertoire again to enchant Adelaide audiences and a chance for young Adelaide musicians and dancers to create and perform something completely different.

What a talented group of humans! Lots of lols and some huge potential to dominate the comedy scene.
Singalonga Pub Quiz - An oil painting birdseye view of Mister Meredith in white shirt and braces (or suspenders) playing a pub piano and looking up smiling. He is surrounded by singing customers shown in contrasting face on perspective.

Thoroughly enjoyed the singing. Most entertaining pub quiz ever!
Neurodiversity Unmasked - A white infinity symbol over a rainbow background. There is a single left hand in the centre of the image shadowed by the rainbow colours. The text above and below the centred infitnity symbol says Neurodiversity Unmasked. A performance journey into Neurodiversity by the Neurodivergent

Highly recommend coming to see this show. It’s a hidden gem and an emotional roller coaster all in one. To see people’s neurodivergent experiences told in their own way through art is beautiful and will leave you deep in thought and the feels. No experience or performance is the same and that’s what makes this show so beautiful to watch. ✨
Cabaret De La Crooked - Word Cabaret in yellow light bulbs lit up over red stage curtaining. Words De La Crooked underneath in yellow and the Ardent Artiste Productions Logo underneath it with a small dancing person therein.

This show left me in stitches. Absolutely fantastic sexy and hilarious cabaret show that will leave you wanting more! Amazing costumes and attention to detail! There is so much variety with the performers that it is easily a show that can be seen multiple times with different acts featuring on the stage. Make sure you catch this show before it ends or you will regret it. Easily the best money I have ever spent and I can’t wait to go again! 🔥
