What a bloody great story and memory that should never be forgotten. The working class man was and is still the back bone to the United Kingdom and the miners were some of the hardest working and sadly forgotten. This show is a bloody great tribute to those men and especially those close to the families that sadly lost men when tragedy struck. What a show!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The merging of vulnerability and hilarity done right. Absolute brilliance. Lewis spoke some deep truths about about embracing the full experience life has to offer. I've seen a lot of comedy shows during Fringe 2025, and being at the tail end of the festival the bar has been raised... and Lewis reached that bar with ease. Highly recommend.

Outstanding performance and writing. This emotional play paying tribute to the Yorkshire miners and in particular the miners of the Lofthouse Colliery disaster was a real emotional roller-coaster that has us gripped from beginning to end. Highly recommend ⭐️

Just go, now. Stop what you’re doing, don’t walk, RUN! to this show! HILLARIOUS and uncomfortable at times in a most fun and wonderful way, I adored this show and would reccomend it again and again. The mystery of what it’s all about adds to the fun, so just trust the reacts and get to it!

ADDiCTED is the result of great creative vision and collaboration. I was curious about how the music, mime and dance would blend, and it does - seamlessly, intriguingly, and in a way that really enhances the story. Another nourishing Garage International show.

Such a fun show with a wonderfully authentic setting in the Maritime Museum. Highly recommended!
