Wearing nothing more than a tailcoat, top hat, Elizabethan ruff, and flippers (at most), Garry Starr incorporates exquisite comic timing, an excellent script, brilliant audience participation, and quick-witted improvisation, to deliver riotous absurdist theatre. An unabashedly brilliant show that earned its standing ovation. Very highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved this! I laughed and I cried, and by the end I felt that the whole audience had been birthed from the same channel as I had. We are one, but we are many, and from all the cvnts on earth we come!

This show stays with you for days. And that's a sign of genius. The vertriloquism is incredible, but it's the storytelling which rips you to shreds. I laughed and cried and laughed and cried. See it. Just do. Brilliant

My favourite show at fringe. Not like anything else you'll experience. We need this.

Oliver’s comedy is always smart, sharp and solid, with a touch of the kooky. He’s one of our “Do Not Miss” performers, and we’re pleased he keeps coming back.

Amazing show. So tight.

A powerful examination of gender. What does it mean to identify with typically masculine roles and behaviour? It’s not about being trans, necessarily, but it is about being human.

I went to this on a whim not knowing what to expect and I can't quite sum it up, this stayed with me for a while, it was not the over the top antics the start will lead you to believe. There is a lot of audience participation and that is the point, don't be shy, you're in good hands and the audience warmed so quickly. The fringe needs more of this and when something stays with you for the drive home and next day you know it's done what it was set out to do. Bravo!

Like every year the woman at the courtyard of curiosities are killing it and this is just another superb show I can't sing the praises off enough or do justice in words. Again watching such a gifted performer share their craft the audience and enjoy themselves so much while doing it. I loved every aspect about this and implore you to see it, some amazing work in the clowning genre this year.

This was an awful lot of fun, the energy, the madness and absurdity of it all. Not every show needs a deep story, sometimes you just wanna laugh for an hour and enjoy a performer nailing their craft and this is it. Don't be worried about getting involved it's half the fun, you're in good hand. Highly recommend.

Brilliant, just brilliant. Great storyline, incredible acrobatic skills, the humour. This show had me hooked from the get go. My absolute favourite Fringe show. The standing ovation was more than well deserved 🤩
