Nervous Breakdance
14 March 2025 - Andrew G.Sometimes I'll go to a Fringe show and quickly realise I'm not the target audience. This happened at Nervous Breakdance when it became evident it was a comedy show definitely for women, even moreso middle-aged women. Even moreso moreso unhinged middle-aged women. Despite this, I still had a fun time! Sure, I couldn't relate to the songs about menopause, or gynecologists, but Kate Corley's energetic and borderline offensive, wonderfully twisted humour kept me entertained. -
Pop Culture Cabaret
14 March 2025 - Rebecca W.Incredible mix of comedy, culture references, fire acts, daring aerialists, sexy burlesque - fantastic production! -
Help! I Think I'm a Nationalist
14 March 2025 - Nic K.Great show looking at culture, identity and history in a very unique fashion! -
Date Night
14 March 2025 - Misia J.This duo of seasoned improv pros masterfully blends the quirks of modern dating with quick wit and fearless trust-building. Who knew a group of strangers could so easily embrace "What’s up your butt?" in record time? Their confidence is infectious, making for a show that swings between cringes, head shakes, and genuine belly laughs. A fun, unexpected, and most importantly, safe ride. Thanks, Chris and Taylor! -
CONFESSIONS CLUB

DOWNSTAIRS
14 March 2025 - Jackie J.A raw, honest and emotional journey with social anxiety. Isobel releases her reactions and analysis of her experiences with openness and depth. A wonderful performance worth the roller coaster trip to really connect with our own fears. -
DOWNSTAIRS

5 Mistakes That Changed History
14 March 2025 - Andrew G.Hosted by British comedian and historian Paul Coulter, he's basically the coolest, funnest history teacher you'll ever have. He tells us five stories in which people made sometimes small, sometimes colossal errors that changed the course of history. My favourite from this year's show was about a man who was catfished into thinking he was dating the queen of France. Told with incredible passion and enthusiasm, if you have an interest in history then this show comes highly recommended! -
A Night with Cherry Vinyl
14 March 2025 - Kelly t.The most refreshing thing I've seen at the fringe in years. Wow! Ruby Teys is a master at the craft. I can't believe this is isn't one of the big shows in the garden or at Gluttony. What a ride!! She had us on the edge of our seats from start to finish. I will see Ruby every year. -
Gluttony Liminal
