Sugar is a fabulous exhibition by artist Bianka Kennedy, and we were incredibly lucky to be given a personal tour and explanation by the artist herself. The exhibition is inspired by the sugars in our bodies, and how the differences between the ‘normal’ and ‘diseased’ states of these sugars can be tiny. It is a fascinating and interactive exhibit, and we were encouraged to touch and play with the pieces, with light, sound and movement all adding to the immersive experience.
DIRT - a side profile of a man with his head leaning backwards to lie on the shoulder of a man facing forwards. They both wear silver eyeshadow and are shirtless. They have solemn expressions and a bright purple light highlights them from the left.

Can't stop thinking about it days later. Brilliantly performed. Thrilling and chilling. Five stars? More like five million stars.

Paul is a national treasure. Talented writer, musician and performer, the ‘Garden Gnome’ façade cannot mask his enduring youthful exuberance to entertain. Locked up away from the world for a year he has written more original songs than the hour would permit to be performed! That didn’t deter Paul who joined his audience on the footpath with his guitarist to give us 20 mins more from the steps of the adjoining florist shop. See this... just don’t yell anything out from the audience...

Tash never disappoints! Clever lyrics to fave tunes. A great singer and all round awesome performer. Love the addition of her multitalented back up singers this year.
WERK IT - Five performers all wearing very bright and colourful workout gear, in front of a bight pink background. They are flexing muscles, posing and doing push ups.

Fun and funny. Skilled (and somewhat horny) acrobatic performers.
Dom Chambers: A Boy and His Deck - A photo of a person wearing a black t-shirt holding a red playing card in one hand and gesturing to the card with his other hand. The corner of the card is torn off and it’s sticking out their mouth.

Dom combines awe-inspiring magic - this show, as the name suggests, is focussed on card tricks - with the right amount of crowd involvement and banter, so that you're gasping in surprise, applauding and laughing in equal measure for the whole 60 minutes (which go way too fast!) Definitely a worthy addition to any Fringe itinerary, and with performances every night for the remainder of Fringe, you've got plenty of opportunities to check him out.
WEREWOLVES - A dapper man dressed in a big black furry coat, top hat and round sunglasses is holding a can and pointing to the camera. Behind him is a red, black and white image of a werewolf.

This was my second time to Werewolves, and I'd go again! The game changes with each new group of Villagers, so it's always different.
