A total hidden gem that highlights what fringe is all about. This show is full of energy, classic clowning comedy, excited kids jumping up and down to take part and many giggles. A simply magic set and 1 talented performer somehow hold 3-10 yr old attention for 60mins. Definitely one to take the tiny humans to and also enjoy as an adult. Comedian David Callan clearly loves his homeland Scotland and his adopted Australia. Much of his material draws on his experience of arriving in Australia as a working holidaymaker, meeting a girl and deciding to stay. Now firmly an Aussie citizen, his humour is relatable, providing wry observations on some of the idiosyncrasies of Australia and its people. This comedian interacts with his audience, adapting material to meet them where they’re at and take them somewhere funny.

Raynes is so charming and welcoming. To call this either stand-up or theatre is not a fitting label, as Raynes explains, but it has some of the appeals of both.

I thought the artist was simply captivating. Your could not take your eyes away for a moment; such presence. The story is exquisitely portrayed, often the true meaning veiled from the audience's view, with moments when more is revealed. At the end of it you are privileged to see a talented artist in an intimate venue
