Help! I Think I'm a Nationalist
09 March 2025 - James W.Many fringe firsts, never served a Cornish tea during a show, nor did I ever expect to be in a fringe show with an audience chanting Cornwell Forever or singing along to a song with striking similarities to tomorrow belongs to me. Seamas takes you on a journey highlighting how aggressive nationalism can rise and what it can cost -

Totally 80s Yoga
09 March 2025 - Amy C.Not what I expected. The intent was good, but the class felt chaotic—advanced poses started immediately, and transitions were rushed. We were told to move into one pose, but before we got there, the teacher was onto another. The sequencing felt off—we cooled down, then did backbends, which seemed risky. I love yoga, but I struggled to follow, felt discouraged, and left injured. Go with caution.
