20 March 2024 - Caroline D.Really enjoyed it and it was very interesting. We never knew it even existed! It would have been good to see some more information about the trains. We booked for a tour with the owner but they didn't show so that was a bit disappointing. -

16 March 2024 - Andrew G.An old train tunnel that was re-purposed multiple times throughout history has been re-purposed again for art installations! Featuring video, projection, and sculpture, this is a wonderful walk through a now forgotten part of Adelaide history. -

Sleeps Hill Tunnel
14 March 2024 - Geoffrey D.Well laid out historical displays with many interesting photographs taken in the early 1900's. The last audio visual display at the southern end of the tunnel was accompanied by the sound of a diesel hauled train but in fact diesel locomotives had not been invented yet when this tunnel closed; it only ever hosted steam hauled trains. I would like to see more pictures of the tunnel that replaced this one nearby- the current double track operating tunnel.
