Is it an iron deficiency? Is it the weight of HUGE ti..alent, huge talent? No! It’s Kate F***ing Dolan! Woof woof! (And yeah, probably the iron and the tits and the talent as well). After an award-winning performance at the 2024 Adelaide Fringe, Kate Dolan returns. She’s ready to prove that she doesn’t need a man to make it in this world, but maybe around five to help set up and run things would be nice. With, of course, support from the one person we all need; our inner critic.

Rhino Room’s Alley Cat cannot contain the erratic explosion of energy and impressions that is Kate Dolan. From her sporadic TikTok Girly one liners to her Scholarly Gentleman quips, you’ll never be quite sure what she’s about to say next, but you’ll definitely know what she’s thinking. With some not so delicate shunning of the audience for any jokes that aren’t uproariously received, her inner voice weaves through Dolan’s story-based comedy with a mix of uplifting advice and critical commentary. This is the show to remind you to be the change you want to see in the bridal shop.
