Adelaide's Tania Savelli's personal homage to the 'Queen of Soul' Aretha Franklin only lasted 60 minutes but was full of  well-chosen songs taking us on an inspirational journey from the early 60s - from gospel, soul , blues - through to her modern classic hits.
  
Tania is a joy to watch and a brilliant vocalist and can really belt out a song!  Backed by the fabulous  5-piece "Aretha Band" .   The duets with her backing vocalist Liana were perfect and truly captured the soul of Aretha Franklin especially ending on a "Rolling in the Deep" medley which left the audience on their feet!.  
 
Two sold out shows and standing ovations - all well deserved.  .  4.5 STARS
