Take stunning burlesque and drag performers, put random song choices and let the audience decide what happens? What could possibly result?

A genuinely entertaining, visually stunning and absolutely unhinged show.

Gone is the tried and tested performer introduction as none of them know who up next or what song they will be dancing to.

Empress Eyrie, producer, performer and costumer extraordinaire gives the receptive audience full licence to accept any carnage that may occur on the stage. Performing first she made emo punk look like the sexiest place to be in the world.

Up next the visually immaculate and classic performance style of Viridian Mint. “Mintie” showed us another form of sublime entertainment from our national’s capital.

Toni Cola and Blake Cassette brought the drag and blew the audience away with their strong, flexible and unfettered performances

For smoking attitude and classy moves we didn’t have to look any further than local siren Ambrosious Lee, serendipitously fitting in green for the random choice of Kryptonite

Duchess Lavendear provided a soft and sultry tone to the night, with a porcelain look that drew the crowd in. Their flowing movement made for a quieter response as the audience took in their light like a moth to a flame.

Rounding off the evening was the Queen of Halloween Evie Eerie, sparkling through their powerful routine and Zedella Rose who literally lit up the stage to a Buble track.

Eyrie Improv is one of the shows to catch this fringe, something beautiful with a whole lot of different.

Get in while it’s hot!
